THE PROBLEM

This study aims to determine the patient satisfaction towards prenatal

services in three selected barangays in Cordova, Cebu. The finding shall serve

as the basis for the proposed Enhanced Prenatal Care Program.

Specifically, this study sought to address the following:

1. What is the profile of the respondents in terms of:

1.1 age;

1.2 civil Status;

1.3 educational attainment;

1.4 parity;

1.5 number of prenatal visit; and

1.6 personnel who conducted prenatal?

2. What is the level of satisfaction of women using these prenatal

services?

3. Is there a significant relationship between profile of the respondents and

their level of satisfaction?

4. Based on the findings of the study, what action plan may be proposed?
Statement of Null Hypothesis

Ho: There is no significant relationship between profile of the

respondents and their level of satisfaction.
