Format/Appearance
The content follows a proper resume format as you have started with your personal
information and moved on to present your qualifications and work experience. You've
put the white space to good use. You have also pointed out your skills and qualities in
bullet points which makes the resume well-structured. Well done! The details correctly
populate the pages of your CV without being overloaded. As a whole, the design
elements are adequate. The document starts with your personal information from the
outset, including your name, contact information, email address, and other relevant
information. Good luck!
Organization
You did a great job of organizing your curriculum vitae. It is good to see that you have
included sub-heads to present individual details. The name and contact information
has been indicated at the top, are well organized, and are clear and coherent.
Professional experience was listed in reverse chronological order and the most recent
professional experience was listed first. However, it would be preferable to list some of
the major projects you worked on and how you managed them, as that would add
more detail about you. Good luck!
Content
There's a lot of detail in your curriculum vitae. The education section is pretty
extensive. You provided pertinent details about your academic qualifications, work
experience, the languages you speak, your skills, and the qualities that made for a
strong and crisp CV. Well done!

Your paper reads well. However, avoid grammatical mistakes like “Proficient in Microsoft word,
Excel, spreadsheet [,] and PowerPoint…”, avoid the repetitive use of ‘the’ in “Pre-op work
vehicle at the beginning of shift and post-op at the the end of shift…”, change the preposition in
“Administer appropriate corrective action documentations as needed to ensure
compliance with department policies…”. You can also run a grammar check by reviewing your
grammar cards in the writing editor.

Next Steps

check! The best way to improve your paper is to keep writing, revising, and considering
outside feedback.
