I, R.M William, presently working as V.R.O,Bhalighattam
formerly Panchayat Sectretary, M.Bennavaram Village Nathavaram Mandal
Submit the few lines for kind consideration and sympathetical orders.
I was suspended by the Collector (PW), Visakhapatnam
through the Reference 1 st
cited while I was working as Panchayat Secretary,
M Bennavaram Village of Nathavaram Mandal on the reason that I was trapped
by the ACB Authorities in CrimeNo. 4/R- VSP/2005 basing on the false
complaint made by Sri P Rajubabu.
There after I was reinstated to duty and transferred to Revenue
Department from Panchayat Raj Department on the option given by me and
posted as Village Revenue Officer, Mungarlapalem Village of Golugonda Mandal
pending finalization of ACB case vide reference 2"d cited. I joined duty as V.R.O,
Mungarlapalem on 26.10.2007 FN.
The Honourable Special Judge, Court for ACB cases, Visakhapatnam
by order dated 07.12.2009 Pronounced Judgment in C.C 27/2005 dated
07.12.2009 acquitted me on merits. In my case the acquittal is on merits and
consequently the case falls under the Sub-rule(3)of F.R 54/B and Iam entitled to
grant full pay and allowance for the Suspension period from 08.02.2005 to
25.10.2007.
I further submit that the said acquittal orders have not been
challenged by way of Appeal I n Honourable High Court.
In the circumstances, I request your esteemed authority that the
Suspension period from 08.02.2005 to 25.10.2007 may kindly be treated as duty
since no further appeal preferred in this regard.
