Aerobic Capacity
Goal 4: Drink four cups of water
I often forget to drink water or don't get up to get water. Drinking
Muscular Strength water is important for muscle saturation and stamina, so I wanted
to drink water for health as well as to clear up my skin.
Muscular Endurance
Goal 5: Elimination of sugars and carbs
Flexibility I'm still not sure when I want to have cheat days, but I want to
eliminate foods like doughnuts and ice cream from my diet in order
to not reduce the effectiveness of my weight loss. I plan on eating
Body Composiation complex carbs and fibers to increase the effectiveness of my diet.
