Rules and Regulations for students

1. Students will not be allowed to enter into the examination hall without the
admit card.
2. Mobile in any mode (silent /switch off) and smart watch inside the examination
hall are not allowed. Before entering into the examination hall, students are
advised to keep it outside the exam hall in their own responsibility.
3. Write name, college name, paper name, paper code, roll no, registration no and
UPID (given in the admit card) etc in the respective places and the answer should
be written in blue or black ink only. Fill the bubble carefully because no extra
answer script shall be provided.
Note: Carry your own whitener to correct the mistake on the front page of
answer scripts.
4. Sit as per the seating arrangement in the examination hall.
5. Students are permitted to leave the exam hall only after one hour of the
commencement of the examination and do not leave the examination hall without
signing the attendance sheet.
6. Students will not be allowed to enter the exam hall after 20 minutes of the
commencement of examination.
7. Students are not permitted to leave the exam hall for toilet during the last 30
minutes.
8. All students should bring their own pen, pencil, eraser, non – programmable
calculator and other permissible item in the exam hall.
9. Students are not permitted to bring electronic device like mobile phones, smart
watches, digital dictionaries or tablet device and programmable calculators.
10. Check the question paper before writing the answer, whether all the pages are
there or not. If you find any discrepancy then inform immediately to the
invigilators.
11. The other rules and regulations are same as per MAKAUT, WB Act regarding
examination.
