Admission Procedure
Applications are hereby invited through ‘Online’ in the link www.cuet.xyz/msc/ as per as link given via
www.cuet.ac.bd/admission for admission into following Departments/Institutes as per schedule in the session 2019-20
at Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology (CUET):
1.Fill the application with personal info Personal Info.
-Applicant’s details
-Address
-Phone, E-mail, NID, Gender
-Academic Qualification(SSC, HSC, Graduation, Post-Graduation(optional).

2. Research/Publication:
-Research Interest
-Tentative Supervisor(If any)
3. Experience Details:
-Post/Designation
-Org. Name, Length of service, Responsibility
4. Reference(If any) .
5. Check the checkbox and click on Next.
6. Check the preview (If one has anything to rectify go back and correct it, the info will be updated).
7. Upload the mentioned files in correct format and limit.
a) Photo(100KB)-300×300 pixel on jpg, jpeg and png format.
b) Signature(60 KB)-300×80 pixel on jpg, jpeg and png format.
c) Academic Certificates(All Academic Certificates-Transcript and Certificates) in Zip,Tar, Rar format not more
than 5 MB.
d) NOC(for currently employed candidates) in png, jpg, doc, pdf format not more than 5 MB.
e) Character Certificate of last organization ) in png, jpg, doc, pdf format not more than 5MB.
f) Recommendation Letter(Mandatory for only PhD) in png, jpg, doc, pdf format not more than 5MB.

8. Payment must be included for successfully submitting application. Payment must be done with rocket (Biller ID-
246) shown in instruction 8. Give transaction id to verify. Applicants have to pay the fee Tk. 500.00 (Five Hundred).

9. After successfully registering applicants can login and check the payment status and info using the link
www.cuet.xyz/msc/login.php. The user email is the same as the registered email and password is the one provided in
registration form. If forgotten by clicking forget password, the password will be delivered to respective mail.
10. You will be shown status in preview if any document is left to upload, easily can be uploaded and transaction can be
verified and entered for correctly registering the admission form if it was not updated earlier.

11. Payment Process Using Rocket :

Here Bill Number is the mobile number of the applicant.

After Payment follow instruction no. 8.
FAQ:
Common Errors
1. I filled up the form with correct information and uploaded required files. Then I clicked the next button
below the form to go to the Payment Verification page, but it redirected to the previous page without my
information. This happened multiple times.
Ans: You have exceeded the certificate zip file limit. Make sure it is kept under 5 MB.
Advice: Use Camscanner app make the jpg files as a pdf and then compress.
Hopefully you will be able to complete the procedure. If you have further questions, mail or call

2. Sir, yesterday I submitted my master admission application according to the given online application
form. After submitting my application, I face an inconvenience sign in. I have tried many times but
could not sign and I can see my application number or id.
Ans: Please resubmit your application with the same Tnx-id and make sure when you submitted your
application, there was no "Fatal Error" Message. If so please make sure your data doesn't have
following anomalies:
1) Don't use Bullet.
2)Don't use quotation mark such as ' or ''.
3)Please submit your recent publications only( 2 publications only).
