introduction: people don’t care as much about their health as they should
Diet- people don’t have time to prepare their meals so they eat too much fast food
Exercise- they don’t practice exercise which is very bad
How people feel- people feel really tired all the time
Conclusion- modern lifestyles are ruining the population's health

Essay:

Nowadays, people spend much more time busy, whether about their work or about
something else, and as a consequence, they don’t care as much about their health as they
should.

Firstly, as people get so wrapped up with their work, they don’t spend enough time
preparing healthy and balanced meals as they should, so they usually choose to eat fast
foods, which are the opposite of healthy.

Secondly, as they are so tired and exhausted because of all the work they have been
doing all week, they don’t want to exercise, and if they need to go shopping instead of going
by walk or bicycle, for example, they will choose the car, which is much easier for them,
even though it doesn’t improve their lifestyle.

Thirdly, when a person exercises, he or she feels much more energetic when waking
up, but as the vast majority doesn’t exercise, they will feel exhausted day by day.

In conclusion, modern lifestyles are ruining the population's health as they become
more sedentary and significantly reduce their physical exercise and decent meals.
