NAMWIANGA MISSION HOSPITAL PASSWORD CHANGE STEPS

1. Ensure your PC is connected to the LAN ethernet port via RJ45 or directly to available Cisco
switchport in Hospital Administrator’s office
2. Confirm you are on the subnet 10.0.3.0/24 network by pressing the shortcut Windows + R
for opening run and type in ‘cmd’ and enter for command line and issue command ‘ipconfig’

3. Open Web browser (preferably MS edge in explorer mode to avoid SSL digital certificates
handshake challenges on other browsers) and enter ip address 10.0.3.20 (static ip address of
outdoor Ruckus access point)
4. Click on ’more information’ tab

5. Click on ‘Go on to the webpage’

6. Enter username ‘super’ and password ‘sp-admin’.
7. Under the configuration tree password will be changed on both Radio 2.4G and Radio 5G by
clicking on either in turn (as we are using dual band on the ruckus access point) and
proceeding to further click under the SSID i.e., ‘NM-MISSION-HOSPITAL’ as depicted below
and changing the passphrase aka password to the desired new password

8. Click update settings.
