Diagnosis, Page 1: Used for fault finding and diagnose of various

parameters in the actuator system

CB Information :
Mains :
Green if CB detects
Fatal error – Actuator mains connected
Power Req: Measured info
Red LED Indicates actuator error. Ex.: Green if CB detects 8V – (VBus) green green if
Balance error, analog feedback out power request active inside allowed range,
of range. measured in Interface box
40V (Vpermanent) – green if
inside allowed range,
measured in Interface box
Fatal error – H-bridge Power REQ 1 – green if
Red LED Indicates H-bridge error. Interface box detect
Ex.: Powerrequest active
- A FET may be damaged or
- Power request active
Without H- or A- key active

CH1-5 ( Status )
CH1-5 ( Feedback ) – EOS Out - Green if the actuator connected is a position End Of
Stroke, Out (= positioned at maximum stroke length)
Analog - No indication when operation is OK.
NOTE: Only operational with use of LA27 Analog encoded ( ‘A’ ) Run Out - Actuator is running out
Is red if measured voltage is illegal, i.e. Voltage < 25mV or voltage
> 3275mV. Illegal voltage area will result in fatal error if detected Run IN - Actuator is running in
on a running channel.
EOS IN - Green if the actuator connected is a position End Of
Hall - No indication when operation is OK. Stroke, In (= positioned at minimum stroke length)
Is red if a balance failure is detected. Balance failure are detected
in case the difference between amount of counted pulses from
the Hall A and the Hall B sensor.

buttons are active on OPENBUSTM

EXAMPLES:

ACO, Yellow LED –

indicates that A12 (= bit 12 on frame
ID2) is activated
HB, Yellow LED –
indicates that H16 (= bit 16 on
frame ID1) is activated
ACO, Yellow LED –
indicates that A27 (= bit 27 on frame
ID2) is activated

ACC, Yellow LED –

indicates that A12 (= bit 12 on
frame ID2) is activated
