LICENSE AGREEMENT

The audio and/or MIDI content (sounds, samples, loops, virtual instrument patches etc) included in
this sample pack is licensed, and NOT SOLD to you. All rights not expressly granted to the user are
reserved. Only you, the original purchaser of this content has any legal right to use said content
within your own compositions for purposes including but not limited to:

• Songs for LPs, EPs, Mixtapes etc.

• Advertisements,
• Soundtracks,
• Television or film productions.

This license allows both commercial and non-commercial use. You may NOT use any of the content
in the creation of any Sample Pack, Sample CD, Sample DVD, Virtual Instrument, Expansion
Pack, or any other collection of sound or loop elements which may be considered a competitive
product.

The content must be used within the context of a musical piece where other parts are added and
NOT on their own. This license is non-transferable and therefore you may NOT pass the content on
to or allow the use of it by any third party.

ANY unauthorized distribution, copying, trading, sharing etc. of this content is prohibited by
international copyright law. Failure to adhere to this agreement can result in legal action being taken
against the offending party.
