Sunrise Drive Street, Moa Complex, Pasay City as our true legal representative to act for and in our
name and stead and to perform the following acts in our absence:

To manage my condominium unit at Shore 2 RESIDENCES. Task are to keep the keys, put furnishing,
offer for rent/lease, verify, sign all documents, process documents , to come to an agreement and
thereafter to sign contract in my name , to receive rental payments and security deposit in the form
of cash or check from lease of the property in my absence more particularly describe as follows:

SHORE 2 RESIDENCES –5th Floor- Tower 2 – Unit 595 - 24.5sqm. – 1 Bedroom with Balcony

HEREBY GRANTING unto my representative full power and authority to execute and perform every act
necessary to render effective the power to rent/lease only the foregoing property as though I myself,
have so performed it, and HEREBY ALL that she may do by virtue hereof with the full right of
substitution of her person and revocation of this instrument
