XSL5/260水井钻机是履带式全液压顶驱水井钻机，主要应用于钻凿水井、检测井、
降水井、地热空调孔、煤层气井等各种深孔钻凿施工，也可用于微型桩、抢险救援等
场合。该钻机可采用空气潜孔锤钻进、泥浆钻进等多种施工工艺，具有钻进速度快、
成孔效果好等优点。
XSL5/260 Deep Well Drilling Rig is a full hydraulic system and top drive Deep Well
Drilling Rig, it’s mainly used to water wells, monitoring well, grouting hole, air conditioner
hole(geotherm), coalbed methane wells, it’s also used to miniature pile, the place of
emergency rescue. XSL5/260 is suitable for various construction technologies such as air
DTH hammer and mud drilling, and it is highly prized for its drilling speed and good
performance.
一、 亮点介绍
Ⅰ.Merit Introduction
1、采用康明斯 III 阶段发动机
 电子控制喷油，燃油消耗更低、更环保；
 采用电控技术有效减少游车、掉转、冒白烟现象；
 可自动显示发动机故障代码，方便检修。

 Electronic-controlled injection system, lower fuel consumption, more green
environmental protection;
 Electronic control technology is used to reduce the phenomenon of touring cars、speed
change、white smoke;
 Engine failure codes can be displayed automatically, easy maintenance.
2、成熟可靠的液压顶驱动力头
 主轴采用大承载力轴承，承载能力更大，钻孔精度更高；
 主轴密封采用多组密封设计，确保密封效果；

 气龙头采用公司专有技术的密封技术，使用寿命长。
2、 Mature and reliable full hydraulic system power unit

 Large capacity bearings are used to the principal axis, larger capacity, higher precision
of the drill hole;
 Multiple sets of seal design are used to guarantee the seal ability of the principal axis;
 XCMG know-how gas faucet seal technology works well, offers longer service life and
easier maintenance as well.
3、大行程伸缩式钻桅
 长行程设计，满足 6m 跟管钻进需求；
 内外钻架采用间隙可调式耐磨块，有效减少钻架的磨损，降低维护成本。
3、Large-stroke and retractable mast
 Large-stroke design can satisfy the need of 6m casing pipe.
 Adjustable-interval sliding blocks are used between the inside and outside mast, which
can reduced wear and maintenance costs effectively.
4、独有的液压匹配技术
 多泵合分流技术，最大限度降低系统发热和油耗；
 集成化的精细进给系统，压力损失小，可根据孔内钻具重量精确调节钻压；
 采用液压锁止系统，防止动力头自动下落；
 起塔油缸采用负载平衡阀，钻架起落平稳无冲击。
4、Unique hydraulic matching technology
 Junction and division of mutil-pumps can reduce the system generated heat and fuel
consumption;
 Integrated fine feeding system can reduce the pressure loss, and the drilling pressure
can be adjusted accurately by the weight of drilling tools in the hole;
 Hydraulic lock system is used to prevent the power unit from falling down;
 The tower cylinder uses load balancing valve to make the mast move smoothly.
5、安全贴心的细节设计
 多处设置急停按钮，保证机器和人员安全；
 定心盘采用可更换式耐磨套，维护成本低；
 多管路同步导向防磨损机构，减少管路磨损。

5、Safe and thoughtful detail design

 The emergency stop buttons are set in several places to keep the machine and people
be safe;
 Centering plates use replaceable wear-proof casing to reduce maintenance costs;
 Mutil-lines wear proof mechanism is used to reduce the abrasion of lines.

1、动力头
1. Power unit
动力头整体采用双马达驱动的齿轮传动机构，旋转速度分四档并且每档速度都能实
现无级调速，可根据地层和冲击器规格选择合适的转速，提高锤头破碎岩石的效率。

Power unit uses gear drive which is actuated by double-motors, the rotation speed is
divided into four gears and each gear can realize stepless speed regulation, suitable speed can
be chosen according to the formation and impactor to improve the efficiency of rock breaking.

2、进给系统
2. Feed system
进给系统通过油缸链条实现动力头提升、下放，具有快速进给、精细钻进两种钻进
模式。可根据孔内的地层情况合理控制钻进压力和钻进速度，提高进尺效率和防止孔内事
故的发生；
钻架采用伸缩结构，可提高顶驱动力头的运动行程，方便下放长钻杆与套管，同时

减小运输尺寸。钻架滑轨采用耐磨块，磨损后易于更换，钻架磨损少、寿命长。

Feed system make the power unit move up or down by oil cylinder chain, it has two
drilling modes, which are fast feed and fine drilling. the drilling pressure and drilling speed
can be adjusted accurately by stratum situation in the hole to improve the efficiency of drilling
and prevent the accidents from happening.
Mast uses telescopic structure to increase the distance of full hydraulic system power unit,
advantage is that it is convenient to move down the drilling pipes and reduce the transport
dimension. Adjustable-interval sliding blocks are used between the inside and outside mast,
which can reduced wear and maintenance costs effectively.

底盘采用挖机成熟配置，场地适应能力强、可靠性高。配置四个高支腿，无需吊装
即可进行装卸，调平速度快。
采用旋开式定心盘结构，外侧部分采用销轴铰接，可在孔口上方提供广阔的作业空
间。最大通孔直径可达 φ400mm。

Using mature excavator undercarriage and steel track( can match the rubber piece) make
the machine good adaptability and high reliability. Four high outriggers are equipped to achieve
freely assemble and unassemble and fast leveling.
Screw centering plates and outer pin hinge are used to provide enough working space

5. Hydraulic system
液压系统采用成熟的中低压系统，主要液压元件均采用国内外一流厂家品牌，性能好、
可靠性高。

the first-class brand both in China and the world with good performance and high reliability.

6、电气系统
电气系统包括电源总开关、启动开关、急停按钮、照明灯、喇叭等，发动机仪表总
成可实时显示发动机运行参数。
6、Electrical System
Electrical system includes main power switch, start switch, emergency stop button, Lights,
horn, etc. Engine instrument assembly can indicate engine operating parameters in real time.
7、气（水）路系统
选用我公司专有技术的气（水）龙头密封技术，密封效果好、使用寿命长、维修保
养方便。适用于空气、泥浆、泡沫等多种钻进工艺，最大程度的适应不同地层条件的施工。
配备可调式油雾器，可满足锤头润滑，延长使用寿命。
7. Air (Water) circuit system
XCMG know-how gas faucet seal technology works well, offers longer service life and
easier maintenance as well. Equipped with grease injector, and optional mud pump and foam
pump are suitable for a variety of drilling technologies. The air (water) circuit system is adapted
to different stratum. At the same time, using adjustable atomized lubricator can increase of
service life.
8、工具卷扬
工具卷扬通过液压马达驱动卷筒来实现钢丝绳的提升与下放，用于吊装冲击器、套
管等。

Tool winch is driven by hydraulic motor to move the steel wire rope up or down, it’s used
to hoist the impactor and pipe.
