STATEMENT OF TRUTH BY AFFIDAVIT OF, Bharti Pareek, w/o Mr.

Siddhartha Pareek and one of the Designated Partner of M/s. SEVA Advisory

LLP having its Registered Office at 4, Vikram Vihar Extension (Basement),

Lajpat Nagar – IV, New Delhi – 110024, I the deponent abovenamed, do hereby

solemnly affirm and declare as under:

1. I Bharti Pareek w/o Mr. Siddhartha Pareek and one of the Designated

Partner of M/s. SEVA Advisory LLP having its Registered Office at 4,

Vikram Vihar Extension (Basement), Lajpat Nagar – IV, New Delhi –

110024 i.e., the Respondent, in the above matter and am competent to

swear this affidavit.

2. I am sufficiently conversant with the facts of the case and have also

examined all relevant documents and records in relation thereto.

3. I say that the statements made in paragraphs of the present petition are

true to the best of my knowledge and based on records. The Last

Paragraph is the prayer before this Hon’ble court.

4. I say that there is no false statement or concealment of any material fact,

document or record and I have included information that is according to

me, relevant for the present petition.

5. I say that documents which are in my power, possession, control or

custody, pertaining to the facts and circumstances of the proceedings

initiated by the Respondent have been disclosed and copies thereof are

filed with the petition, however certain documents pertaining to the

averments made in the petition and disclosed may be produced at a later

stage in order to support the averments of the Respondents.

6. I say that the abovementioned pleading comprises of total 56 Pages.

7. I State that the documents annexed are true copies of the documents

referred to and relied upon by me.

8. I say that I am aware that for any false statement or concealment, I shall

be liable for action taken against me under the law.
