    OFFER LETTER

    It is stated that, with effect from May, 2022 DUA Marketing Solutions is offering you the position of
    Telesales Representative with the following conditions:

    1. After Training, your probation period will be 15 DAYS starting from May, 2022.
    2. Your TARGET is to convert ( 2 ) SALES in a month.
    3. Your Basic Salary will be Rs. /- and on each sale you will get Rs. ( 3,000 ) commission.
    4. If you are unable to perform in probation period, company has the right to terminate your service.
    5. If company terminate you or agent leave the company during probation period, company is not
    liable to pay the salary.
    6. After successful completion of probation period you will be confirmed employee.
    7. Company will give salary on 10th of every month.

    Declaration:

     I understand the HR policies, that’s why I will not mentally assault the concern person regarding my
    performance. So I am accepting and signing this Offer Letter without any pressure.
