 2. Each slot for 55 min
 3. The Management is not responsible for any injuries/accidents while playing

 4. Arm/ Leg issues.
 5. Diarrhoea and dysentery
 6. Recent Surgery or other Health Conditions and that may be aggravated due to Play.
  7. Children without Adult Supervision.
 8. Adults above 50 Years are not advisable to Play.
 10. No Performing Stunts or Diving while Playing.
 11. All Safety accessories are a must.
 12. No Eating or Drinking inside the Play area.
 13. Warm up is a Must before Playing.

 Usage of TAPES/STICKERS/PINS are NOT permitted inside the Rooms/Halls.

STATUATORY INSTRUCTIONS:

 The above package is not applicable for any Photoshoot.

 Photography (Professional Camera Videography/Drone is strictly not
allowed.
 Performance of Live Band & Recorded music will be permitted only till 23.00 hrs.
 All necessary Legal Permissions/ Licenses (IPRS&NOVEX, PPL) to be arranged by the
 Guest.
 The volume of music needs to be within acceptable limits (below 90 decibels) and
should not disturb otherEvents/Guests.
 Resort Management reserves the Right to Reduce/Stop the music in case it disturbs
other Guests.

Terms and Conditions:

 After confirmation of the booking the person in charge of the group has to submit
Id Proof as per the formality.
 WhatsApp booking advice is mandatory at the time of Check in.
 Narcotic Drugs, Hukka, Ganja, Pan are strictly prohibited at The Castle
 Mode of Payments available – All Credit and Debit Cards (Merchant service fee
would be applicable as per the Card Category)
 We do not accept cheqsue payments at the Castle.
 Only the conversations which are documented between the Guest and Resort
team are valid.
The above terms and conditions are subject to change any time without prior notice .
Cancellation Policy

Confirmed dates/days may be altered, cancelled only if intimation in writing reaches us

within the below mentioned period respectively:

o Prior to 7 days of check-in dates 25% of total booking will be charged

o Prior to 5 days of check-in dates 50% of total booking will be charged

o Prior to 2 days of check-in dates 75% of total booking will be charged

o Prior to 1 day of check-in dates 100% of total booking will be charged

PAYMENT POLICY :

 50 % Amount as advance towards confirmation. Advance to be in favor of La

Mclean Hotels & Resorts.
 25 % Amount advance before 5 days of the Event.
 Remaining balance 25 % to be at the time of check in only.
