SUBJECT: INTERNAL EVALUATION REPORT OF AMNA KHAN’S THESIS

I have evaluated the thesis entitled “Immigrant Experiences on The Kite Runner by

Khalid Hosseine: A Psychoanalytic Study”. In the light of below mentioned observations,

he/she is told to change the following observations.

My evaluation report is as under.

i. In Abstract, topic introduction, objectives, methodology, findings, recommendations,

and conclusion are discussed but very concisely and within a single paragraph.

ii. More than 40 words of the original text is considered as a block quotation which must

be formatted separately from the general quotations.

iii. The researcher must observe the use of tenses, punctuations, capitalizations grammar

and spellings.

iv. Reference should be placed at the start or at the end of the paragraph.

v. Repetitions of the proper names should be avoided. Instead pronouns are used.

vi. Observe justification of the text.

vii. References should be cited differently, not in the same way.

viii. Titles of the books and articles should be in italic style.

ix. A separate chapter (Chapter 03) is allotted for „Theoretical Framework‟ in which the

applied theory and concept are discussed in detail.

x. No need of parenthesis (“”) around the title of the novel The Kite Runner.
