RESPONSIBILITIES 3.1, SENIOR MANAGERS, Senior management personnel are responsible to take a lead in formulating an effective control measures, adsing and directing to provide resources to implement and maintain safe ‘traffic arrangements and monitoring system in GSW worksite ‘They are also responsible to gle proper advises, instructions for the effectiveness ofits implementation and compliances, 3.2. PROJECT MANAGER / CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Project Manager/Construction Manager has overall responsibilty for the implementation of this procedure in their respective work site 3.21 Support and faiitate necessary instructions and advises to educate the men working Under them to understand the importance of Trai Safety and the risk involve. 3.22 Promote Safe Vehicle driving practices, equipment operation and use of designated pedestrian way by the employees. 3.23 Provide adequate resources and support to HSE department to implement this plan effectively 3.3, HSE MANAGER HSE Manager Is responsible to implement an effective traffic management plan and monitor the compliance of procedure Ina systematic way. 33.
