Herein submitting on your good office a proposal quotation for Aircon Installation Services. The
scope of works listed below serve as a reference for your approval & evaluation for this
quotation package.

ITEM SCOPE OF WORK

1 Supply & fabricate outdoor unit bracket support, installation,

piping & mounting 4 unit of 2 PHP airconditioner

2 Supply & fabricate outdoor unit bracket support, Installation,

piping & mounting 1 unit 1.5 HP and 1 HP airconditioner
3 Testing & Commissioning

Term of Payment
My fee per this Undertaking is (SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY) PHP60,000.00

Term of Condition
All copper pipping per unit has 10ft copper tube included in the package, exceeding from
that shall be considered additional PHP350.00 per foot.
