I consider my mom to be a cook in my family because she relishes cooking and she is always

Although not a fussy eater, but cannot stand the taste smell of onion, will vomit if eat a dish

When get into the habit of eating out regularly, forget how to cook and eat healthily.
Learning to cook maintain a healthy diet, benefical for physical health and future living.

Negative trend because although it’s a method which can reduce a significant amount of
time for people who have hectic schedule, it contain harmful substances that can cause
many diseases such as high blood pressure, cancer, obesity, etc
3. What are the benefits of maintaining a balanced diet?
Lower the risk of disease such as high blood pressure, obesity, overweight. Moreover,
having a balanced diet helps us live longer.
4. What are the dawbacks of a unbalanced diet?
Consuming unhealthy food and beverages could lead to overweight, obesity and many
types of cancers. Furthermore, it could affect our mood and reduce immunity
5. Do you think government should interfere citizens’ eating habit?
Should have some measures done by government: telling schools what to serve for
students, encourage local government to conduct organisations about nutrion and
imposing a higher tax on junk food to discourage people from eating too much….
