    I apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. 
     
    Please note once the order is trade-in you may use the bucks for
    future voucher purchases or the voucher will be activated only
    when the trade-in period ends 07/29/2023.
     
    You may use the voucher after 07/29/2023   or I will be able to
    cancel the order and you may repurchase the voucher.
     
    Please confirm which option you prefer.
