Subject: Completion Notice for Unit No. Ground Floor, located at Zameen Opal (“Unit”)

Dear Mr.

We wish you a blissful Ramadan and hope this holy month brings you happiness, peace and good
health.

We are writing to you with reference to the Agreement to Sell dated 01-May-2020 bearing Agreement
No. executed by and between you and Deevar Developers (Pvt) Ltd for the purchase of the Unit
(“Agreement to Sell”).

It is our immense pleasure to inform you that all construction activities at Zameen Opal have been
completed and the units are now ready for handover of possession from [1-Jun-2023]. You are
requested to pay and clear all the outstanding payments due against your Unit including inter alia
possession charges, Adjusted Amount, Service Charge Advance along with utility charges on or before
the Completion Date to avoid any additional charge and obtain possession of your Unit.

Upon deposit of all outstanding payments due under the Agreement to Sell, our facility management
team shall get in touch and invite you for an orientation of your Unit, paving the way for final
handover. Upon your arrival, a facility management representative shall walk you through your Unit
in order for you to inspect the finishes, such as fixtures and fittings, woodwork, kitchen, washroom
accessories and electrical installations. The keys to your Unit, along with any warranty cards and the
building rulebook containing the building rules, shall be handed over to you once all relevant
procedures are completed.

You are advised to contact our customer service representative immediately upon receipt of this
notice in order for us to assist you through the relevant procedures and expedite the handover of
possession of your Unit.

This Completion Notice shall be read as an integral part of the Agreement to Sell. All expressions and
terms defined or used in the Agreement to Sell shall bear the same meaning in this Completion Notice,
unless otherwise specified.
