brink of extinction, some people think that government spend money in saving
languages ís very meaningless and it can take so much money instead of using for
other important purposes. however, in my perspective, these languages should be
protected and preserved.
2. nêu quan điểm mình không đồng ý trước
– there are several reason why saving minority languagues could be seen as a waste of
money. firstly, if a language only spoken by a small group of people, the expensive
education will be nêded to make sure that more people learn it, and the state will be pay
for facilities, teachers and marketing. this money might be better spend on other
important service instead of doing this. secondly, it would be much cheaper and efficent
if a country just used only language. government could cut off all the cost related to
communicating with the minority group.
3. nêu quan điểm trái ngược
– despite the above argument, I believe that government should preserve minority
languages that are less widely spoken. languages are not simply means of
communication between person with person, it has a vital connection with the
culture diversity, traditional values of the country,... if a country has many
different language, the country is very rich in the way of life of people in different
areas, reflect the cultural identity of people who speak it. if languages dissapear,
the whole way of life will dissapear too, and we lose the cultural diversity that our
ancestor built up for thousands of years ago. by spending money to save minority
languages, government can protect traditions, customs, behaviours that are part of
the country’s history.
4. kêt luận và nêu quan điểm
– in conclusion, in may save money in the short term if we allow minority languages to
dissapear, but in the long term, it would be bring about extremely negative impact on our
country.
