soil condition.
• Providing engineering consultancy services for Mall building having plinth
area over 700m2, analysis and design of 24m span at a height of 25m and
other parts of the mall involving 350MT of steel.
• Providing engineering consultancy services for PEB structure having plinth
area over 175m2. Reviewing and appraising drawings, preparing BOQ and
calculation reports
Projects under Smart City Mission Tumkur
• City Library Building: Worked as a team in analysis and designing of seven
storey RCC framed structure with masonry infill, having a total area of
8000m2. Equivalent Static analysis was carried out in accordance with IS
codes. Reviewing and appraising drawings and preparing BOQ, BBS and
calculation reports
• Empress Girls College Auditorium: Performed analysis and design of five
storey RC frame structure with masonry infill, having a total built-up area of
6500 m2. Equivalent Static analysis was carried out in accordance with IS
codes. Reviewing and appraising drawings.
• Mariammanagar Housing project: Performed analysis and design of four
blocks of five storey RC frame structure with masonry infill wall having a
total built-up area over 40,000m2. Equivalent Static analysis was carried out
in accordance with IS codes.
• More than 40 residential and commercial projects are completed and many are
being analysed for respective loads in accordance with Indian Standards
