RAMON E. CARIÑO, dynamic teachers, faculty and staff, our dear parents,
fellow graduates, friends, ladies and gentlemen good morning and welcome
to the 43rd Graduation Ceremony of Education Center Training School II (ETCS
II) School Year 2021-2022.

Today is a memorable day for all of us, as we face the next level of our
career. On this day our hard works and sacrifices will be recognize. We will
initially reap what we sow. We all deserve to celebrate and be proud of
ourselves for surpassing these challenges. Our Alma Mater ETCS II and our
teachers taught us the values that we need to face our future without fear.
I am indeed greatly honored to be part of this joyful occasion. In behalf of
242 members of graduating class of School Year 2021-2022, once again, I
welcome you all to this 43rd Graduation Ceremony with the theme
“Gradweyt ng K to 12! Masigasig sa mga Pagsubok.” “K to 12 Graduates”
Pursuing Dreams and Fostering Resilience in the face of Adversity.”
May God grant us wisdom and bless us more success in whatever endeavor
that may come to our lives through the years to come.
