Two types of stress

Eustress – stress that leads to a positive response


Distress – the negative version of stress

-Misuse of drugs, alcohol, tobacco

Tips to manage stress


-Eat well

Sports is an activity that requires physical actions and skills where individual or teams
compete under a set of rules

INDIVIDUAL SPORTS – sports played alone and without teammates
