Assignment 4
1. Canadians are becoming overweight due to lack of activity in their jobs and
daily lives. Activity has drop by 35% said by experts. Even if people are
exercising at home, people are still gaining weight because of non active
work and watching television. We as a nation must find a way to balance
our sedentary and physical activities if we want to be a fit nation
