Students Are Required To Fill Form through ERP Only

Steps to Apply for Examination Form with Student ERP login:

1. Login ERP using your credentials-7 Click on College Info~ then click on Registration.

2. For Supplementary Examination Form Click on Exam Form Fill up option .

3. Select all the filters for applying as:
a. Apply Exam type-7 Select Exam Form
b. Main Exam -7Select External Exam
c. Exam Session -7Select option specifying Reappear/Supplementary exam for 2023
And then click on the semester(s)individually for which course is to be registered.

Once clicked on "APPLY", a notification appears that registration has been success fully done for
the course(s).
4. Once you have applied for all desired subjects/courses for Supplementary Examination for
all required Semesters one by one, click on "ALL COURSES" to see the consolidated payable
amount. The fees for all applied courses (of all applied semester) will be reflected in the
"Total Amount to Pay" box.

a. Click on "OK" if you want to proceed with payment and complete the payment.
[Supplementary Examination Registration (@700per paper)].
b. If you want to remove/cancel registration for any applied cQurse(s), then click on
"CANCEL" button. This action will end you to original page and you can remove your
registration (explained in StepS).

• Incase,the payment is not processed, the applied/filled Supplementary
examination form will be revoked/cancelled after 24 Hrs or on the last day of
the form acceptance date, whichever is earlier.
• The addition/ removal of any course are acceptable only prior to making the
payment.
5. To remove a registration, you can click on "REMOVE" button, which will then display a
notification stating the successful removal of registration.

6. If you want to proceed with payment, after clicking on "OK" button (explained in StepS), the
page is redirected to the page from where you can pay online. Select the checkbox
corresponding to the generated amount (Examination Course Registration) as shown in
screen shot and then click on "Pay Fee Online" button.
