1.0 INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this document is to provide a brief overview of the plan to stage a fundraising
event in the form of a “A NIGHT WITH HOPE CONCERT”. This fundraising is for
children’s hospital nearby UITM Jengka Pahang.

Fundraising is the act of gathering voluntary contributions of money or other resources, by

requesting donations from individuals, businesses, charitable foundations, or governmental
agencies. A charity event is an organized gathering of people with the goal of raising money
or other resources to support a charitable cause or organization.

Charity events can help bring communities together and foster a sense of solidarity and
compassion. These events can create a positive impact on the community by promoting a
culture of giving and service. By supporting a children's hospital, you can help ensure that
children have access to the care they need to thrive and live healthy lives.

After having discussions among the members, we decided to invite JAMES ARTHUR to
come over and help us achieve our dreams. James Arthur is an English singer and song writer.
He rose to fame after winning the ninth series of The X Factor in 2012. His debut single, a
cover of Shontelle's "Impossible", was released by Syco Music after the final, and debuted at
number one on the UK Singles Chart. This proposal is then submitted to UiTM Pahang
Management to get the approval and for further prompt action.

2.0 PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

The objectives of making a charity concert to help a children's hospital can include:

1. To ensure that there is continuous sustainability of Income generating projects for

the charity.
2. Promoting awareness about the hospital and its mission.
3. Encouraging community involvement and support.
4. Creating a positive and uplifting atmosphere for patients, families, and staff.
5. Building relationships and partnerships with other organizations and businesses.
6. Celebrating the achievements and successes of the hospital and its patients.
7. Inspiring others to get involved and make a difference in their community.
8. Providing an opportunity for people to learn about the hospital's work, the
challenges faced by children and families, and how they can help make a
difference.

2.3 TARGETED AUDIENCE

The target audience for a concert is the group of people that the concert is intended to attract.
The target audience can vary depending on the type of music being performed, the location of
the concert, and the purpose of the concert.

So, in this case, since this charity concert will be held at Dataran Integrasi, UiTM Pahang
Kampus Jengka, the targeted audiences will likely be students, faculty members, lecturers and
staffs,.

2.4 ORGANIZER OF THE PROGRAM

The Community Service Club of UiTM Pahang Kampus Jengka is excited to be managing the
upcoming concert. Our club's mission is to give back to the community by organizing events
and activities that promote social welfare and community service. We believe that the concert
will be a great opportunity to bring together people involved for a night of entertainment and
fun.

Our club members have experience in event planning, marketing, and volunteer coordination,
and we are committed to making the concert a success. We will be responsible for managing
ticket sales, coordinating volunteers, and ensuring that the event runs smoothly. We are
confident that our skills and expertise will be an asset to the concert planning process.

We are excited to be a part of this event and look forward to working with the other
organisers to make it a memorable experience for everyone involved.

5.0 CONCLUSION

In conclusion, we believe that this event can bring the community together to support a
worthy cause and raise funds for the hospital.
The funds raised from the concert will be donated to the children's hospital to support their
ongoing efforts to provide quality care to sick children. We also believe that this event can
make a significant difference in the lives of these children and their families, and we
encourage you to consider our proposal and take action to help make this event a success.
