Dear Sir:

I am Ma. Cecilia Dayrit Tumaob and wife of SJO2 Rafael Gallano Tumaob, one of the
personnel of BJMP Region VI.

I am writing in relation to the agreement made between me and my husband SJO4

Tumaob last 2015 before this Office whereby my husband agreed to give EIGHTY PER CENT
(80%) of his monthly salary and other benefits to his four (4) children.

Many months had passed already from this date of writing that my husband failed to
fulfill his full obligations to his children. His support was insufficient to pay even for the water
and electric bills of my children. The eldest daughter, Ma. Rafoncel Tumaob Sanoy, had been
the one giving weekly allowances for her siblings.

Considering that I don’t have work, I cannot afford to support all the basic needs of my
children. Hence, I am pleading for help before this good office to compel SJO4 Tumaob to fulfill
his duties, as agreed upon, before my children.

Further, I would like to request that 80% of his retirement benefits would go to his
legitimate children. This is to ensure that whatever is due to my children will be given to them
outrightly and not to other people who are not his own legal children.

I am willing to face my husband before this office if required to do so just to address my
