ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT
The study found that factors such as communication channel, fair compensation,
recognition, opportunities for training and development, work-life balance and health
and welfare programs are critical drivers of job satisfaction. Moreover, job satisfaction
was found to have significant positive impact on employees’ motivation, productivity,
and overall job performance.
Data was collected through surveys, which is distributed to a sample of employees in the
organization and the sample size is 100 and the study is qualitative in nature. The data
will be analysed using statistical techniques such as descriptive statistics – frequency,
correlation analysis and regression analysis.
The findings of this study suggest that employers need training and development for
their improvement & productivity of work
