POST ACTIVITY REPORT
An emergency meeting was held with the Security Unit on April 11, 2023 at the
Office of the Provincial Administrator (OPAd). The meeting was attended by the Agency’s
Security Team Leader. The primary objective of the meeting is to discuss the current
security protocols and identify areas for improvement.

The discussions revolved around the recent security breaches and how the
security measures can be strengthened to prevent future incidents. During the meeting, it
was identified that there is a need to upgrade the existing security infrastructure to keep
up with the evolving security threats. The security personnel also suggested that regular
training sessions should be conducted to keep them updated with the latest security
protocols.

The attendees also discussed the possibility of hiring additional personnel to

strengthen the security forces. Following the meeting, an action plan was developed to
implement the recommendations discussed during the session. The plan includes
upgrading the CCTV cameras, installing additional security barriers, and conducting
regular training sessions for the security personnel.

In conclusion, the emergency meeting with the Security Unit was a success, and it
helped identify areas for improvement in security protocols. The action plan developed
will help us mitigate potential threats and ensure that our employees and assets are
secure.
