Plastic-Waste – As per Hazardous Waste Management Rule 2016

Schedule (vi) – Category B3010

Although the company does not indulge in the types of solid plastic waste
as prescribed in the said schedule and company production process does
not involve in any plastic generation/ plastic product utilization, the
waste generated from the packaging (raw materials, spare packing’s,
other stores items etc.), domestic & provisional use will be collected,
stored & periodically sold to the authorized plastic recycling station.

1) Company will Implement policies to minimize the use of single-

use plastics within the organization.
2) We will Set targets and timelines for reducing plastic consumption
and work towards eliminating single-use plastics altogether.
3) Encourage the use of reusable packaging and containers for
products, both within the organization and along the supply chain
4) KIPL will work with suppliers and partners to explore alternative
packaging options that are more sustainable and reduce reliance on
single-use plastics
5) KIPL will establish effective recycling programs to ensure proper
disposal and recycling of plastic waste. Provide easily accessible
recycling bins and educate employees about proper segregation
and recycling practices
6) KIPL will partner with local recycling facilities or organizations to
ensure plastic waste is recycled responsibly.
7) KIPL will work with authorized plastic recycling station as per
CPCB nearest authorized station is M/s Earth Sense Recycle Pvt.
