1 Materials comply with specification code 

2 Size, type and location correct in accordance with the shop drawing and specification 

3 Any damage ,defect or disformation of cable N/A

4 Cable route is completed in accordance with the approved darwings 

5 Cable tray / trunking is free from damage or sharp edges 
6 Wires and cable are properly tagged 

7 Cable are properly arrannge in the cable trays / trunking. 

8 Cable are properly secure by using straps / cable cleats or ties. 

9 Properly sealed if passes through floor or walls. 

10 Insulation resistance test of all layed cables. 

11 Cable ends are sealed properly before glanding termination. 

COMMENTS:

The above listed items have been inspected and found to be acceptable

Materials comply with specification, code and as per approved material submittal 

2 Devices is correct in accordance with the approved shop drawing specification.

3 Any damage or defect on wiring devices.

4 Location of devices is  in accordance with the approved shop drawing.

5 Electrical boxes are clean and free from any foreign materials.

6 Devices are covered with proper protection sheet prior to final acceptance.

7 Phase correct base on the approved load schedule.

8 Contact screws are tighten properly.

9 No splicing inside the electrical boxes.

10 Earthing wires are connected / terminated inside the electrical boxes.

11 Wiring devices are properly identified and labelled with circuit number.

12 Switches and sockets are functional, align and plumb.

13 Wall plates are free from scratches.

COMMENTS:

The above listed items have been inspected and found to be acceptable.
