The food and beverage industries are considered to be one of the most promising and fastest growing industries in the world.
The Egyptian market annually consumes processed food products worth of $ 45 billion, and the number of companies
operating in the food industries sector is estimated to be about 5,200 companies. The estimates indicate that the food sector
industry in Egypt represents %4.7 of the GDP, and is growing at a compound annual rate of about %15.

Therefore, the Government has established the National Food Safety Authority to be responsible for ensuring that the food
produced, processed, distributed or traded in the local market or the international export market achieves the highest Safety
and health standards. That’s why, companies and factories began to develop and create qualified human cadres to work
