Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines

Danao, City Federation

February 5, 2022

To our valued Barangay Captain,

We, the Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP), are organizing a Youth camp
in our barangay on the 18th-20th of February at covered court. This activity aims to foster
friendship among participants and to develop their leadership abilities. A total of 80 people are
expected to attend and fully vaccinated. 60 people from barangay TayTay and 20 people from
another barangay who are our guests.

However, without your permission, we will not be able to carry out the project. As a result, we're
humbly requesting permission to make this one a successful event. Rest assured that we will
strictly follow the minimum health protocols — wearing of face masks, applying alcohol, etc.

May you, your family, and staff be safe always. Thank you!

With utmost sincerity,

Dear _________________,

Greetings!

We would like to ask for any support in favor of our participation as part of the organization's
effort, entitled YOUTH CAMP. Our cluster, in collaboration with the PYAP Danao, City
Federation, is always ready to lend a hand in the empowerment of the City's adolescents to the
adversities that youth get involved in. This program aims to establish camaraderie among
participants, strengthen their leadership skills, raise awareness of the issues that young people
face, and generate a domino effect on others.

In connection, we would like to request any support from your good office. The activities are
expected to have at least 60-80 participants and fully vaccinated from Barangay Taytay,
Guinsay, and Suba.

Date : February 18-20, 2022

Venue : Barangay TayTay Covered Court

We extend our gratitude for your kindness. Your assistance would have a great impact on these
young people's lives.

Thank you and have a nice day!

With utmost Sincerity,

Kent Laurente
