ABOUT LAXMI VIDYAPEETH:
There has been a paramount urgency in Umbergaon region of Gujarat for an
efficacious center of quality education since several years. Seizing this clarion call,
Smt. Shantaben Haribhai Gajera Charitable Trust, Surat conceptualized this dream
as Laxmi Vidyapeeth and has been nourishing this temple of learning since June
2007.

The Laxmi Vidyapeeth – a cluster of 2 colleges and 2 schools is one of the premier
‘Ideal Temple of Learning’ promoted by Smt. Shantaben Haribhai Gajera Charitable
Trust, a trust registered in Surat (Registration No. E/3276).

Laxmi Vidyapeeth is located in a sprawling 120 acres campus with facilities to

match the imaginations of the elites. In a serene environment away from the city, the
lush green atmosphere of Laxmi Vidyapeeth provides the students a system that is a
perfect blend of modern techniques and traditional values facilitating the
enhancement of their physical, mental, social and spiritual values.

ABOUT EKATRA 2K23:
EKATRA is the technical festival of Laxmi Institute of Technology, Sarigam. It also
refers to the body of students, who organize this event along with initiatives and
outreach programs around the year. We intend to provide the platform for the
student’s community to develop and showcase their technical initiation.

OUR OBJECTIVES:
• To formulate the general goals & responsibilities of technical education.

• To enhance professional ideals & standards.

• To bring about effective linkage between technical institutions industry &

society.

• Improve the role of learning of students by practical ways adopted in events

throughout the year.

• Develop innovative thinking by organizing technical, non -technical fests

which will test in turn teamwork and applications of the student's brain.

• To provide industry experience to the students by giving them the opportunity

to go for sponsorship.

 Rules the hearts of 16-30 age group in Valsad district and rest of Gujarat.

• The Symposium will be named i.e. “LAXMI INSTITUTEOF TECHNOLOGY,
PRESENTS EKATRA 2K23” POWERED BY (TITLE SPONSOR).

• The representative of the Title Sponsor will be one of the Chief Guest of the event
and he/she will be the part of the Inauguration ceremony as well as the valedictory.

• Banners to be displayed at all the events as well as gates.

• The Title Sponsor will be provided volunteers to help them out in case of any
contingency (2 volunteers).

• The Title Sponsor will be allowed to distribute publicity material in the event arena
during the course of events.

• The logos of the Title sponsor will be displayed on all EKATRA posters and on the
certificates of the winning as well as participating students. Participation Kits will
also include the logos of the Title Sponsors.

• All the social media promotion campaign will featured the name of the Title sponsor
along with the event.

**Any special requirements will surely be considered.

• The Symposium will be named i.e. “LAXMI INSTITUTEOF TECHNOLOGY,
PRESENTS EKATRA 2K23” INASSOCIATION WITH (CO- SPONSOR.)

• The representative of the Co-sponsor will be one of the Chief Guest of the event and
he/she will be the part of the Inauguration ceremony.

contingency.
• The publicity material of the co-sponsor such as Pamphlets, booklets and discount
coupons will be provided to the students along with the participation kit.

• The Co-sponsors will be allowed to distribute publicity material in the event arena
during the course of events.

• All the social media promotion campaign will feature the name of the Co-sponsors
along with the event.

• Event Sponsor’s banners/posters/standees will be displayed at the event place.

• Company’s name and logo with the company’s website link will be displayed on
EKATRA website.

• Publicity Material of the event sponsor will be provided with the participation kits
to the participants of the particular event.

• The winning prize of the particular event may include goodies and vouchers from
the Event sponsors.

Event Sponsor – II (₹ 15,000)

• Event Sponsor’s banners/posters/standees will be displayed at the event place.

• Company’s name and logo with the company’s website link will be displayed on
EKATRA website.

• Publicity Material of the event sponsor will be provided with the participation kits
to the participants of the particular event.

• The winning prize of the particular event may include goodies and vouchers from
the Event sponsors.
