ANTENUPTIAL AGREEMENT

This Antenuptial Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into this 30 day of June 3, 2023, by and
between JUAN LOANA, of legal age and resident of Pasay City, and JAKIE JUAN of legal age and resident
of Nueva Ecija

WHEREAS, the Parties to this Agreement are contemplating marriage and desire to set forth their rights,
obligations, and expectations in the event of separation, divorce, or death;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the Parties
agree as follows:

1. Property Ownership and Division: Each Party shall retain ownership and control over the
property they brought into the marriage and shall have the right to manage, sell, or dispose of
said property as they see fit. Any property acquired jointly during the marriage shall be
considered marital property and subject to division in accordance with applicable laws.
2. Spousal Support: In the event of separation or divorce, neither Party shall be entitled to seek or
receive spousal support, alimony, or maintenance from the other Party.
3. Inheritance Rights: The Parties agree to waive any right to claim an elective share or inheritance
under the laws of any jurisdiction.
4. Death: In the event of the death of either Party, each Party waives any right to claim an intestate
share of the deceased Party's estate.
5. Full Disclosure: Both Parties represent and warrant that they have made full and complete
disclosure of their respective assets, liabilities, income, and expenses.
6. Amendments: This Agreement may only be modified or amended by a written instrument signed
by both Parties.
