With the honour to state that Md Nabi Hossain, AME having license no - BD.66.0588,
category # B1.1 and B1.3 requested to seat for forthcoming type examination on airbus
EC130T2 helicopter conducted by CAAB. His experience covers all the criteria
mentioned in ANO (AW) Part-66, chapter-3, appendix III. All the relevant documents for
type examination are attached herewith this application for your kind perusal.

You are, therefore, requested to allow Md Nabi Hossain to participate forthcoming type
examination on airbus EC130T2 helicopter and oblige thereby.
