Visual Literacy: Subject and Content

I chose this output because we were able to find different artists that has contributed to the
world of art. This art-piece is all about how Filipinas are seen in our society which makes it timely
because as we face the modernity, we can still see unfair treatment and stereotypes to women. As
I have done the research about this piece, made me empowered and motivated because it also
serves as a women empowerment movement. The art style used may be not as vibrant and bright
but it shows the importance of its message to the viewer.
Art in Introspection of Life.
This course have given me opportunity to appreciate the art that is around me. Art may be
boring to some but for me it is the thing that gives me relaxation and motivation. As I have done
the activities in this course, my understanding changed. It became deeper, learned to critically
analyze, and study the different elements used in a piece.

Final Message for your Professor.

Greetings, Sir Stranger! I would like to thank you for being one of the cool professors that
I have had this freshmen year. We did not have much synchronous in our class but I sure had fun
every time we meet. I would like say that you should continue being a cool professor. Always teach
your students everything that you’ve already experience relating to the topics because that what
makes us more interested on some topics in this course.
