2022 Million Dollar Round Table
(Based on 2021 production)

A) Contest Period
01 January – 31 December 2021.

B) Eligibility
Personal Sales / Production: All ranks.

C) Requirements
1. The requirements for 2022 Million Dollar Round Table are as follows:

2. Treatment for FYP:


2.1. FYP is defined as the first 12 months’ premium / contribution payment for any New Business and
Endorsement collected within the contest period.
2.2. FYP is calculated using MDRT production credit which is described as follows:

2.3. All policies / certificates that are eligible for Individual Life / Certificate PSA (Regular Premium /
Contribution) will be subject to 12-months tracking from the end of the contest period and must meet a
minimum of 85% of the total PSA premium / contribution collected.
2.3.1. Failure to meet the Individual Life / Certificate PSA (Regular Premium / Contribution) premium /
contribution tracking will result in a clawback of MDRT Membership Fees.

3. Treatment for Rewards:
3.1. Membership Fees are applicable only to agents who qualify based on personal First Year Premium /
Contribution (FYP) requirements.
3.1.1. At least 50% (FYP 163,950) of the production requirement must come from Part A for Part B to be
included in the calculation.
3.2. Digital Recognition and Plaque:
3.2.1. Applicable to all qualifiers who are registered and approved MDRT member by 28th February 2022
regardless of qualification method (i.e. FYP, First Year Commission, Annual Income or Life Time
Member), for the highest award achieved only.

2022 MDRT First Timer
(Based on 2021 production)

A) Contest Period
01 January – 31 December 2021.

B) Eligibility
Personal Sales / Production: All ranks.

C) Requirements
1. The requirements for this contest are as follows:

2. Treatment for First time MDRT qualifiers eligibility:


2.1. Agents who have achieved 2022 MDRT requirements via FYP for the First Time since 2016 (production
year), according to PAMB & PBTB’s records.

3. All PAMB and PBTB production must be captured within the contest period.

4. Treatment for eSub:


4.1. Counted:
4.1.1.New Business cases that are submitted via PRUway plus / PruBSN mobility (“eSub platform”).
4.1.2.New Business cases that are not available on the eSub platform.
4.2. NOT Counted:
4.2.1.New Business cases that are available on the eSub platform but were not submitted via the eSub
platform.

5. The cash reward is not transferable or exchangable for any other benefits in kind.

D) Production Credit
1. TPC = A (Conventional Life + Family Takaful) + B (Credit Points)

2. A (Conventional Life + Family Takaful)


2.1. Consists of 100% count for all Conventional Life and Family Takaful Contributions.
2.2. Exception: PRUwealth PRUallocator, PruBSN Warisan Saver, Platinum Saver, Anugerah Medic Allocator and
PruBSN Aspirasi (PUA) will be counted as 100% in (A).

3. B (Credit Points)
3.1. Consists of 10% count for Single Premium / Contribution Products, 10% PSA and 10% Cash Builder.
3.1.1. All other PSA products not mentioned in 2.2 will be counted at 10%.
3.1.2. Unit Trust and Group Insurance will not be counted.
3.2. (B) is subject to a maximum of 25% of (A).

2022 Premier MDRT
(Based on 2021 production)

A) Contest Period
01 January – 30 June 2021.

B) Eligibility
Personal Sales / Production: All ranks.

C) Requirements
1. The requirements for this contest are as follows:

3. B (Credit Points)
3.1. Consists of 10% count for Single Premium / Contribution Products, 10% PSA and 10% Cash Builder.
3.1.1. All other PSA products not mentioned in 2.2 will be counted at 10%.

3.2. (B) is subject to a maximum of 25% of (A).

General Provisions

1. Treatment of SST
1.1. SST payment amounts will not be counted as part of production, or for persistency calculations.

2. Treatment of rewards.
2.1. All qualifiers must maintain a valid contract with the Company at the time of receiving the reward.
2.2. Rewards won are not exchangeable in lieu of cash or any other benefits in kind, unless otherwise
specified.
2.3. Rewards are subject to tax, in accordance with the requirements of the Inland Revenue Board (IRB).
2.4. Fulfillment of incentives / reward items will be carried out upon the closing of the required monitoring and
tracking period.

3. Premiums / contributions from new business / endorsements which are found to be reduced or cancelled,
within the contest period or within 6 months from the end of the contest period, will be adjusted accordingly.
3.1. The adjustment applies to CFI, lapsation, removal of riders, and any other action that causes a reduction
in premiums / contributions.
3.2. The Company reserves the right to claw back rewards, where applicable.

4. Treatment for production / cases Cancelled From Inception (CFI).


4.1. Any production or case count from policies / certificates which are cancelled from inception, will be
deducted for all relevant contests, as per the cancellation effective date, irrespective of the year in which
the policy / certificate was incepted initially.
4.2. The Company reserves the rights to claw back the relevant rewards, if after the contest period CFI causes
a qualifier to be disqualified from the reward.

5. Treatment for Lapsation.


5.1. Any production or case count from policies / certificates which are captured and lapsed within the same
financial year, will be deducted for all relevant contests, as per the lapsation effective date.
5.2. Any policy / certificate that lapses within the contest period must be revived within the same contest
period, to avoid deduction of production and case count.

6. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Agency Leader / Agent from receiving the relevant awards, or
claw back the relevant rewards, in the following situations, but not limited to these situations only:
6.1. The Agency Leader / Agent is found to have breached any requirements stipulated by the Company, or any
provision in his/her Agency Agreement with the Company, or if he/she is found to have breached his/her
fiduciary duties to PAMB.
6.2. The Agency Leader / Agent has placed production / case count under their spouse, under any other Agency
Leader / Agent.
6.3. The Agency Leader / Agent has policies / certificates that are detected under premium / contribution
churning.

7. The Company’s decision on all matters relating to any contest or reward will be final and binding on all persons
participating in the contest or reward.
7.1. The Company reserves the right at its absolute discretion to amend, delete or add to any of the rules and
general provisions from time to time, if and when it is necessary, without prior notice.
