This Freelancer Service Agreement of being UI Designer is entered into between Ronald Garcia Alberto (the "Freelancer") and James Neal Perkins
(the "Client") on this April 24, 2023

1. Scope
The Parties further agree, and the Provider takes into consideration that said Services include mainly the below-stated activities:
- The contractor is provided Freelance Virtual Assistance for Client. The contractor agrees to perform services until the engagement has ended.

2. Project Timeline
The Freelancer will commence the provision of Services on April 24, 2023, until the service has been completed. The timeline may be adjusted in writing by
mutual agreement of both parties.

3. Payment
The Client agrees to compensate the Freelancer for the Services provided according to the following terms:

4. Ownership and Rights

Upon receipt of full payment, the Client shall have ownership and full rights to all deliverables and work products produced by the Freelancer under this
Agreement, excluding any pre-existing intellectual property or third-party materials.

5. Confidentiality
The Freelancer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information provided by the Client during the course of the Services and shall not
disclose or use such information for any purpose other than providing the Services outlined in this Agreement.

6. Independent Contractor
The Freelancer is an independent contractor and not an employee or agent of the Client. The Freelancer shall be solely responsible for their own taxes,
insurance, and other obligations.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client shall compensate the Freelancer for
the Services provided up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tyler Texas. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tyler texas.

9. Entire Agreement
1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Freelancer and the Client and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings,
whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter herein.
