OZIRI OBINNA NELSON, who is my biological daughter with passport number:
B00858388 to grant him permission to pursue 4 years Bachelor’s degree program in
Neuroscience and Mental Health at Carleton University located at Canada and her
program is expected to start on the September 3rd, 2023 and approximate completion date
is 4 years.

I am a roofing contractor and also an Engineer Environmental and design technology

which is my source of income. The reason in sponsoring my child to study in Carleton
University is for him to ascertain in large experience of his study and I am sponsoring him
with Ten million Naira and my assets is Worth 80 million Naira.

Consequently, I am willingly and capable of sponsoring my Son, OZIRI OBINNA NELSON.

I will sponsor him throughout her stay in Canada including paying his tuition fee,
