9" All records related to Tritiya Sopan Test should be preserved for three years.

10. Qualifying Standard: -

i. 70% is the minimum qualifying standard in Pravesh and 60% is the minimum qualifying
standard in written exam, in oral, skill, Proficiency badges and practicalaspects each.
ii. A Scout/Guide shall qualify in Written, Oral, skill & Practical separately.
11. The Badge Committee must test all proficiency badges & issue the required certificates after
proper
verification mentioning date of issue of certificates. Proficiency badges certificate should be
clearly
shown the name of the examiner along with qualification.
\2" DAlf A, as per KVS rules, for participating S/G shall be paid from the VVN of respective KVs
and to
the escort teachers from the School Fund of the respective KVs and it should be deposited to
the
Principal of the Venue Vidyalaya.
1-3. The Registration amount should be spent on Badges, Scarf, stationery and other
miscellaneous
expenditure.

writing. Over writing Application form will be disqualified from the Tritiya Sopan Testing
