    RECOMMENDATION LETTER

    To Whom This May Concern

    I, Isaac KIGULA, I am writing this letter to express my support for Mr. Heritier
    NDANYUZWE NDATANGWA and his application for the Constructor University. I had the
    pleasure of teaching Mr. Heritier at St Lawrence University for the last 4 years.

    During my relationship with Mr. Heritier, I have witnessed a model student who prioritize and
    excel at scholastic and extracurricular activities alike. Mr. Heritier works hard to achieve his
    goals while simultaneously fulfilling his responsibilities as a student, family member, and
    overall individual. In every interaction I had, Mr. Heritier has presented himself with a polite
    demeanour and a levelheadedness in judgement rarely seen in others of similar age. Above all
    else, Mr. Heritier is a devout student with a bright future ahead. I am confident Mr. Heritier
    will be qualified recipient of this scholarship. It is without reservations that I give my highest
    recommendation.
