1. Place Green Goods, Blue Goods, Ore, and/or Silver on Player Board and/or previously purchased Island Boards.
2. Place Silver or any appropriate Good on a previously purchased House Tile.
3. Pay Silver to purchase a Whaling Boat (3 Silver), Knarr (5 Silver), or Longship (8 Silver).
4. Place Ore from your supply on the designated spaces of your Whaling Boats and/or Longships (for Whaling or
Pillaging). Once placed, you may never return that Ore to your personal supply.
5. Make change with Silver (e.g., convert a 4-Silver to a 2-Silver and 2 1-Silvers).
6. Perform an Anytime Action on one of your previously played Occupation Cards.

Occupation Cards
Yellow Card: Play card from your hand, and immediately perform the depicted action one time. If 2 actions are
depicted, you may either perform one or both of the actions (if both, you must perform the actions in order from top to
bottom). Afterwards, keep the card only for end game scoring.
Blue Card: These are Permanent Effect Occupation Cards. Use the depicted ability any time and any number of times.
Red Card: You may perform the depicted dark red action whenever the indicated light red requirement or condition
has been met.
Green Card (Decks B and C only): Perform the depicted dark green action one time as soon as the indicated light
green requirement or condition has been met.
