NOTIFICATION:
GRIEVANCES FILING PROCESS FOR THIRD, FOURTH, AND FIFTH ROUNDS
OF CLAT 2023 ADMISSIONS COUNSELLING PROCESS

The Consortium of National Law Universities has constituted a Grievance Redressal


Committee to receive and respond to any grievances that candidates may have with respect to
the third, fourth, and fifth rounds of the Admissions Counselling Process for the Common
Law Admission Test 2023 (“CLAT 2023”), conducted between May 25, 2023 and May 30,
2023 (third round), between June 5, 2023 and June 10, 2023 (fourth round), and between
June 15, 2023 to June 20, 2023 (fifth round).

1. Candidates may only file a grievance regarding the third, fourth, and fifth rounds of
the CLAT 2023 Admissions Counselling Process.
2. Grievances against the Admissions Counselling Process may be raised ONLY by
candidates who have completed the registration process and paid the Counselling
Registration Fee for the CLAT 2023 Admissions Counselling Process conducted by
the Consortium.
3. Grievances may be filed between 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 22, 2023 until 2:00
P.M. on Sunday, June 25, 2023. No further grievances will be considered after that
time.
4. Grievances received over email, support tickets on the website or phone calls will not
be considered.
5. Process of raising grievances:

a. Login to your CLAT account;


b. Click the ‘Submit Grievance’ button;
c. State the nature of your grievance;
d. Describe your grievance (max. 1,000 characters);
e. Upload supporting documents; and
f. Click the Submit button.
