Alright listen, there are 15,000 dependent clauses to this

question.

Working out is such a general term and most people don’t

understand what eating properly even means. Let me give
you a few different scenarios and tell you what will
happen to each of these individual people.

14 year old male doing daily doubles and eating

3000+ calories of garbage

This person probably won’t even be able to put on

weight. They will remain skinny. This is due to a
ridiculously fast metabolism and potentially burning more
calories than they are consuming.

60 year old mother of 4 working a desk job who walks

for 30 minutes a day

This persons workout is basically pointless when it comes

to weight loss if she is not dieting properly. There is a lot
less flexibility with the diet when you are living a mostly
sedentary life style and you are a little older.

23 year old college student who lifts weights 5 days a

week

This person will see gains and see his max go up, but
probably will never have the abs of a supermodel.

50 year old man who diets hard and has a smart

workout program

You can 100% look like this with hard work and
consistency. The power of habit makes such a difference I
can’t even tell you.

The general guidelines for everyone look like this…..

Dieting is more important than your workout

when it comes to fitness, lock down your diet
before working out harder

Just because you are eating at caloric

maintenance or even a surplus doesn’t mean you
are meeting your macros nor eating the proper
amount of vitamins and minerals

You will never see as good of results if your

workout alone without dieting.

When I was still learning how to work out my friend and I

made a program to follow. It looked like this.

Monday - Lifting Chest for 1 hour 15 minutes, running 45

minutes

Tuesday- Lifting Back for 1 hour, 15 minutes swimming 45

minutes

Wednesday- Lifting Legs for 1 hour 15 minutes, biking 45

minutes

Thursday- Lifting Arms for 1 hour 15 minutes, running 45

minutes

Friday - Lifting Shoulder for 1 hour 15 minutes, Swimming

45 minutes

Saturday- Lifting Chest for 1 hour 15 minutes, biking 45

minutes

Sunday- Rest

My friend had a flawless diet, and had a perfect six pack.

I ate pasta and chocolate milk for lunch and a bowl of
cereal for breakfast, I had a gut. I was mad because he
looked better than me but he was doing the exact same
workout. I couldn’t figure out why he was putting up more
weight on all of the core lifts and why he looked so much
better than me. The answer was pretty obvious, the diet
was what made his physique.

If you are curious about what types of issues come from

bad nutrition you only need to Google, ‘most common
diseases from bad diet.’

Not eating properly can mean either not taking in enough

If working out regularly, but taking in enough calories and

will become very skinny. Also, the person will feel fatigue

In my experience, you will be wasting a lot of time. I

started when I was 18, so I didn't know anything about
dieting, and I was the type of person who went to parties
7 days a week. I have been doing this for 56 years in a
row. When you drank with your friends, you probably ate
a lot of garbage later, like all youngsters. I was skinny, but
still had a small Buddha's belly. I also doubt I had a good
exercise regimen at the time. As I got older, I started
thinking seriously about sports. I started kickboxing and

Workout is a great thing to do if you want to lose weight

and get fit. Unfortunately, diet and workout go hand in
hand and they're equally as important. If you're not eating
properly, you can become weak and your body won't form
healthily as your body starts forming when you do eat the
right kind of stuff and good workouts in a day. Without
eating healthy and well-balanced meals, you won't have
the right fuel for your workouts. Be sure to have a diet
rich in proteins, minerals and vitamins. Avoid taking
protein shakes because they're extremely high in sugar
and carbs, and you'll be better off … Read more

Here’s an example of two average field labors of the two

different countries, India vs America. They both work
hard in the field, but calories intake differ a lot, the one
from India, it’s very low mainly due to poverty, he usually
just ends up eating regular rice or roti(Indian bread) along
with a watery lentil soup, on some good days he may
have some veggie or even non vegetarian meal too.

I actually did this. I was sent to prison for a (long) while

and as an idiotic gesture I ate a tin of tuna breakfast,
lunch, and dinner, plus after workout, for 545 days in a
row.

This is me walking out of maximum security prison at

Woodford (Australia) in 2007, at 73kg and 4% body fat. I
had great abs, but was puny.

I have tried this approach for the past 3 - 4 months, as an
experiment.

I have trained regularity for the last 10 years, and have

So I decided to try this, to eat as much as I want, because

I simply love food, but at the same time, promise myself

had to train a like a maniac 6 days/week.

Answering to your question is tricky because you a) don’t

define what type of workout you are doing b) what do you
mean by not eating properly?

If you don’t put into your body the nutrients it needs for a
long time you start getting sick!

If you eat the wrong foods you are also harming your
body and will get sick too!

There is no recipe one fits all!

Since more than 2 years now, I eat only plant based

foods. Is this the right diet for you? I don’t know it is up to
you to test and see how it feels.
