from someone who knows what they’re talking about in order to use their knowledge for
betterment.
● Research project: This pillar relates to academic growth. Not just about learning but also
about seeking, about using proper techniques in order to find accurate and relevant
information.
● SMART Goals: Relates to professional growth. Setting goals for oneself and working to
achieve your professional goals and find educational and financial success.
● Creative Project: This pillar relates more to personal growth. Getting in touch with
yourself an creating something that resonates with you.

Academic Growth: Use tools and strategies for academic success and reflect on their
effectiveness. In order to continuously improve my academic performance, my plan is to actively
seek out and assess the effectiveness of various academic resources and techniques.

Professional Growth: Set career goals. Create academic and professional growth plan. I will
actively seek out new opportunities to engage with diverse perspectives and deepen my
understanding of WSSU's history and traditions.

Community and Cultural Growth: Being knowledgable aout culture and traditions as well as
valuing curricular and extra-curricular activities. I will actively seek out new opportunities to
engage with diverse perspectives and deepen my understanding of my community’s history and
traditions.

Personal Growth: Exploring health and self-advocacy. Formulate a plan for each.I will prioritize
self-care and set new personal goals regularly to continue growing and improving my overall
well-being.
