monitor and adapt learning, understanding, and performing style, and know ones own weaknesses and
strengths in skills/subjects)

Strategy Explanation
Feynman Being able to use this technique to learn something new would be very effective because
technique you would understand the whole topic inside out. It forces you to fully cover everything,
and you would not be able to skim over things you don’t know.
