1. The law requires corporations to “prioritize the interests of their companies and
shareholders above all other and forbid them from being socially responsible – at least
genuinely so” (Bakan, 2004, p.35).

It indicates that the law exempts businesses from responsibility for failing to meet their
civic obligations. This misunderstanding emphasizes that businesses should prioritize
their organizational economic responsibility. People who work for the corporation, on
the other hand, must be held responsible for social duties. A company cannot be
imprisoned as just a group since it did not directly commit a crime against someone. The
statute is ambiguous since it refers to the obligation of an individual member rather
than the entire organization. That the corporation gets punished, but no one is
imprisoned. They urge them to focus on their role in contributing to the economy for
the sake of profitability and economic stability.

2. Issues relating to corporate social responsibilities are not new and the history of the
corporation includes a cycle of regulation and corporate response.

As for me, people cause so many violating responsibilities that they just forget from they did so
badly. It keeps continuing the problems that are still unresolved, and from the video, I’ve
watched tons of it needs to also improve the main cause of the problem in our economy is the
environment, the salary wages who worked paid is not enough. If you could think out of the
box, we are treated unfairly for the short labor cost and now the economic globalization has
been destroyed and it keeps continuing. The animals are very sick because of the posilac
syringe, and it became worst than that because of the production of milk which causes a virus
or disease in humans. We should create or investigate more to improve our economy so that it
will have a better living.
